At Zoryenthia, we are dedicated to providing beautiful, comfortable, and high-quality girls’ fashion. Every item — including girls’ dresses, summer dresses, floral styles, princess dresses, casual outfits, and seasonal children’s clothing — is carefully inspected before shipment. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is excluded, and how to request support if you experience any issue with your order.

1. Warranty Coverage

All Zoryenthia products include a 30-day quality assurance warranty beginning from the date your order is delivered.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing or production defects
  • Loose seams, stitching errors, or construction flaws
  • Faulty buttons, zippers, clasps, snaps, or closures
  • Fabric defects or imperfections present upon arrival
  • Damaged lace, mesh, chiffon, ruffles, or decorative details upon delivery
  • Incorrect item, size, color, or variant received
  • Damage incurred during shipping

If your issue falls under any of the categories above, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation and product availability.

2. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The following situations are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by washing, drying, steaming, or ironing
  • Shrinking, fading, stretching, or fabric pilling over time
  • Stains from food, drinks, makeup, deodorant, perfume, lotion, or personal care products
  • Accidental damage such as tears, holes, burns, pulled threads, or snagged fabric
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, rough play, or alterations
  • Items returned with strong odors such as smoke, perfume, chemicals, or detergent
  • Size issues caused by selecting the wrong size after purchase
  • Final sale or clearance items, when clearly marked as final sale

These issues are not considered quality defects.

3. How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at contact@zoryenthia.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem
  • A photo of the product packaging, if the item arrived damaged

Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

4. Approved Warranty Solutions

If your warranty claim is approved, Zoryenthia may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Free replacement of the same item, color, and size, subject to availability
  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit for a future purchase

All shipping costs related to approved warranty claims will be fully covered by Zoryenthia.

5. Warranty Timeframe

Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for warranty coverage.

6. Care Responsibility

To keep your child’s clothing in good condition, please follow the care instructions provided with the product. For delicate fabrics such as chiffon, mesh, lace, floral prints, ruffles, and decorative details, gentle washing is recommended.

Zoryenthia is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, storage, or handling after delivery.
